I could not have been MORE FORTUNATE to have come across GreenTec (in Jacksonville, FL) when I had a somewhat catastrophic road trip experience. Derek was INCREDIBLY helpful, not only in diagnosing the situation and scheduling a quick install, but in also teaching me about some of the inner workings of my 2005 Toyota Prius that will be helpful moving forward. It was clear that Derek’s expertise was helpful to others, too – he thoughtfully squeezed me in on a busy series of repairs in GA and north Florida and diagnosed an issue that the local Toyota Service Center had failed to. I am so grateful that GreenTec is also in GA (Rex); I would consider them for EVERY repair I have moving forward. Derek put my mind at ease, took great care of my car, and even texted me the next day to be sure that I had made it home safely after a long drive. This is service you just do not see very often and I am forever grateful.

Went great from ordering to installation.

I came to get my 2007 Camry Hybrid battery replaced since I received the same Hybrid battery replacement light that I got with my 2007 Prius earlier this year. I was well pleased with the service again but this time Ken took care of me replacing it and He was very thorough. I didnt wait for a month this time for the review. I gained enough confidence in the work that was done by Green Tec. Thank you for taking care of both of my hybrids.
