They impressed me right away with genuine courtesy and competence in answering all my questions and went on to clearly explain what I should expect. The technician arrived at my house as scheduled and was very experienced with the technical side of changing our hybrid battery. Everything was done professionally and 3 weeks later now and the car is working just as it should with no recurring error codes. Did I mention I saved nearly $3000 vs the dealer? My hybrid battery started failing on my old Lexus. Took it to Greentec and they did a free diagnostic, confirming the issue. Ordered a new battery which was very affordable compared to the dealership and they installed it. The new battery comes with a nice warranty. Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. My old Lexus is now driving and running like new!
