I give Greentec 5 stars from beginning to the end. Their phone sales person was helpful but not pushy at all. They offered all the info I requested and answered all my questions. When I finally decided to use them because I could get a new hybrid battery plus installation at my home for less than half of what the Toyota dealership quoted me. The installer was on time to my house (early actually) and the whole installation took less than one hour. He was very knowledgeable and professional and willing to answer all my questions. He checked on his own to confirm that I did indeed need my hybrid battery replaced with his computer and other electronic reader before starting the work. I was so relieved and so was my wife as we had struggled to decide what to do and who to turn to for help that would be trustworthy. The four year warranty on the battery includes all labor if there is any problem and another trip to my home for free. My car is running great and getting better mileage than ever. I bought it with 100,000 miles and have added 128,000 miles in 9.5 years of driving. I expect this battery to last that long as well.
