When my 2015 Ford CMax Hybrid went dead I took it to the Goodlettsville shop near Nashville by virtue of a rollback truck. They did their diagnostics and told me that the main propulsion battery was still good and recommended that I replace the 12 volt battery. This was installed at their shop and they sent me on their way. They were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and honest. What more could you ask for. Awesome experience!

Green Tec Auto is amazing! I bought a 2012 Camry that needed a hybrid battery and the 12 volt. Being new to hybrids, I was in over my head – lots of conflicting info out there on the interwebs.
Green Tec answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. (Thank you so much Heidi, Hunter, Parker and Tyler!) They had the right batteries for my car, and worked with me getting the install scheduled at my location. I wasn’t able to be present for the install, but Ramses (hope I spelled that right!) got everything installed, took it for a test drive and ran diags to make sure everything was good to go. I took my car out for a spin later that day and everything ran beautifully!

Wow! You guys are awesome!! Ryan and his technician partner Mike came right on time. They were polite, friendly, professional and fast. My 2009 Ford Escape needed a new hybrid battery and Robert’s Ford in Alton, Illinois quoted me $18,580 plus $442.00 for labor. I’ll admit it when Ford called me and told me what was wrong with my SUV that it needed a new hybrid battery. I was like, OK. Then he dropped the price. 
I asked if he was joking. Nope, not at all. So I told him I’d call him back I need to mull this over. Ford advised I need to get a new car! I only have 86,541 miles on my 2009 Ford escape. I’m not done with it yet. So, I found several places 2 didn’t handle Fords. Then one had a battery, but then said I need to be closer to one of their shops for the warranty. 
Weird, but OK. Then I found Green Tech Auto! Hallelujah!! You guys had 3 choices, plus saved me $1636.44 from the other hybrid battery place. It was an answer for the good of all!!

This is an incredible service. My 2008 Prius died on the PA Turnpike. By telephone I describe the icons and problem to my regular mechanic and he suggested that it may have been the hybrid battery since the car has almost 188K miles. He also suggested that I call Greentec Auto. Greentec set me up with a mechanic who came to my house and who called me a day before coming to ask me about the problem. He agreed that it could be the battery. When he arrived the he ran the diagnostics on the OBD and determined that it was not the battery; it was the inverter that failed. And, he had brought a new inverter and pump with him. Clearly he was experienced in dealing with these issues. It took him about 2 hours to do the repair and then we were on our way.
I highly recommend Greentec Auto. This repair cost way less than if the car had been at a dealer for repairs.
And I can’t say enough good things about the mechanic, Jared. Friendly, informative, efficient.
