Hybrid Battery Installation in Dallas, TX

Bruce made the 300 mile round trip to replace the battery on my 2012 Camry.  I opted for a new cell battery with 3-year warranty.  He was here about one hour and was done.  The car runs fine.  The service was excellent and fast.  My first contact was with Ian, who explained Greentech’s services , gave me his contact number and said to call him back if I wanted their services.  I called back three days later and got a call from Bruce within an hour.  We set up the day and time, and everything ran smoothly.  Great experience for a blind contact off the internet when I  googled “hybrid battery replacement.”  You can trust this company.

After the Toyota dealership broke the news of what it was going to cost for me to get my Prius back up and running. I called Johnny for recommendations. He shared to let Greentec work on it. I have, and I’ve had a VERY GOOD experience working w Greentec. MOST ESPECIALLY w Johnny Grubs. He’s gone over and above in providing insights and recommendations as well as outstanding personal customer service. As he ALWAYS has. I am very pleased with doing business with this company. I reached out by phone to them on a Monday and after discussing my 2013 Prius hybrid battery options I decided to have them install a NEW hybrid battery with a 48 month warranty. The technician (Johnny) arrived the next day and did the complete  install  in a little over an hour. Being a technician myself I can say he did the job efficiently and professionally.  When he was done with the installation he then road tested the vehicle while checking codes. Kudos to Johnny. Highly recommend this company (and Johnny).

GreenTec completely exceeded my expectations! I got the bad news at the dealership that I needed a new battery. The cost was exorbitant so I looked online and found this company. Honestly, I was a little nervous about how it would all turn out.

I took the plunge and saved ~$2k on my battery and Bruce from Chicago was awesome. He called me immediately after I ordered it and told me exactly when it would be ready. He drove 6 hours on a Saturday to install the battery at my house. My car was up and running with a new battery in 72 hours and an 18 month warranty. Great job Bruce, thank you! I could not have been MORE FORTUNATE to have come across GreenTec (in Jacksonville, FL) when I had a somewhat catastrophic road trip experience. Derek was INCREDIBLY helpful, not only in diagnosing the situation and scheduling a quick install, but in also teaching me about some of the inner workings of my 2005 Toyota Prius that will be helpful moving forward. It was clear that Derek’s expertise was helpful to others, too – he thoughtfully squeezed me in on a busy series of repairs in GA and north Florida and diagnosed an issue that the local Toyota Service Center had failed to. I am so grateful that GreenTec is also in GA (Rex); I would consider them for EVERY repair I have moving forward. Derek put my mind at ease, took great care of my car, and even texted me the next day to be sure that I had made it home safely after a long drive. This is service you just do not see very often and I am forever grateful.
