Core Charge: A $750 refundable “core deposit” will be added to your order at checkout. Once we receive your old battery, we will refund the core deposit back to you minus the cost of return shipping. Cores must be returned within 45 days of purchase. This applies to shipping orders only. In all other circumstances, the core will be picked up at the time of service, no deposit required.
How do I return my old hybrid battery? Once your new hybrid battery has arrived, put the core battery back into the same packaging your battery arrived in. As soon as we receive your core battery, we will refund the core deposit back to you. It’s that easy.

Great service, a great quality product, and at a great price! Such an easy service to work with, for a very reasonable price their technician replaced the hybrid battery in my 2007 Toyota Camry in my driveway! No worries driving across town on a dead battery, reduced power, and a bunch of warning lights on my dash.
I have been using the new battery for 6 months now and put 6000 miles on it. It’s been like a new car! It has its acceleration pep back and the hybrid range is better than when I purchased the car used over ten years ago. I managed to get 220,000 miles out of the original Toyota battery, here’s hoping I get another 200K with Greentec.

Picked up battery locally for my 2012 Toyota Camry XLE. Fairly easy install. Brandon in Gresham, OR. was great to work with as were the folks on the phone while ordering.
At one point I thought I was experiencing a drained battery issue but, after talking to Brandon and paying attention I realized the old battery did not have the juice to drive down my 2 mile road at 25mph and the new battery does, which is why I thought I was losing juice over night when I was actually draining it down while driving home in the last 2mi stretch. It scares me seeing it showing low bars, as soon as I started driving the next day it would charge and work great.
Very happy with my purchase and the service that I have received at Greentec!

I have very smooth and excellent service experience with Greentec, especially with Technician Daniel who has specifically worked on my car, replaced my hybrid battery, after that all my lights went off and did successful NY DMV Inspection in the next hour. Very happy with this company and him, he was accomodating and adjusted to my busy scheduled to meet me early morning so I can get to my work schedule, Thanks A lot!!!!

Till now battery works as expected. For battery, it is not a good time to review. As I have 18 months warranty, I should provide feedback after at least 36 months. Please remind me that time.

Very happy customer. Dealership wanted to charge me $5000 to replace this battery. Greentec made the process easy. I had the old battery out and new battery installed in less than 2 hours. Car is good as new. Saved me a great deal of money. Shipping process was easy and every time I called I rather talked with a person or they called me back very quickly. Would highly recommend.
