Shipping: The cost of shipping to you is included with your purchase. This offer is good for the entire continental United States. Let Greentec Auto make it simple to return your core to us, ask about our reduced return shipping rates.
Core Charge: A $500 refundable “core deposit” will be added to your order at checkout. Once we receive your old battery, we will refund the core deposit back to you minus the cost of return shipping. Cores must be returned within 45 days of purchase. This applies to shipping orders only. In all other circumstances, the core will be picked up at the time of service, no deposit required.
How do I return my old hybrid battery? Once your new hybrid battery has arrived, put the core battery back into the same packaging your battery arrived in. As soon as we receive your core battery, we will refund the core deposit back to you. It’s that easy.

Excellent and outstanding job, Andrew was very professional and courteous, he did a diagnostic on my 2011 Honda CRZ in which after a few minutes told me I had a different electrical issue that I needed to fix before changing the EV battery, so I soon I fix that issue will be back at his shop, thanks too to Mr. Tyler the customer service agent for explaining the process and the prices between a rebuild and a new one, the shop where Andrew work is at 103rd in Jacksonville Florida, so if you have issues with your EV battery go see Mr. Andrew, he will take good care of you, from a very happy customer.

I came from the Inland Empire and these guys are the top dog of Hybrid vehicle replacements in SoCal. My Honda needed a new battery badly and they were more than obliging to help with installation with fair pricing and great service. I only waited less than two hours for both diagnosis and installation. Very speedy and I highly recommend them!
