You did meet my expectations. I was impressed with the knowledge and thoroughness of the Techs. I learned that I didn’t cool the battery enough in this insane summer heat . By way of comparison, the service guy at Ford was not even sure if I could get a replacement battery. Gave me no hope at all… go Greentec!

I recently had my hybrid battery replaced by Greentec and the experience was great. Keldan came out to do the replacement and he was on time, professional, and very helpful.
