Shipping: The cost of shipping to you is included with your purchase. This offer is good for the entire continental United States. Add $200 for shipping to a residential address. Let Greentec Auto make it simple to return your core to us, ask about our reduced return shipping rates.
Core Charge/Deposit: A $500 refundable “core deposit” will be added to your order at checkout. Once we receive your old battery, we will refund the core deposit back to you minus the cost of return shipping. Cores must be returned within 45 days of purchase. This applies to shipping orders only. In all other circumstances, the core will be picked up at the time of service, no deposit required.
How do I return my old hybrid battery? Once your new Prius hybrid battery has arrived, put the core battery back into the same packaging your battery arrived in. As soon as we receive your core battery, we will refund the core deposit back to you. It’s that easy.

Did a lot of research and went with this battery pack for my Prius C. Glad I did, could not be happier. Easy to install myself thanks to youtube and gave my car a new lease on life. In my humble opinion, I would say that this is even better then the original batteries.

I ordered my new hybrid battery right before Christmas thinking I would not get it for at least a month. However, someone from their team called me the next day about my order and said they had a location close to me where I could pick it up as early as the following Monday. I of course said yes. That Monday the person from the shop called me first thing in the morning to schedule my pick-up time. I brought my core in and swapped it with the new battery and the whole thing was over in minutes. The guy was friendly and understanding when I had to bring back a few parts I mistakenly took off. The battery itself has only been in for a few weeks but everything seems to be working great so far. Highly recommend this place for both the battery and customer service.

Amazingly good service and communication. Super fast, easy, and convenient process for having them install (and a fraction of the cost of the dealer). New battery cell voltages mostly dead on, with only a couple 0.1v off, which is excellent. Fuel mileage changes for better or worse remain to be seen, but the car goes much further in EV mode and lasts in EV a lot longer with the AC on.
