Called Greentec up to consider their service versus the Lexus dealer. They impressed me right away with genuine courtesy and competence in answering all my questions and went on to clearly explain what I should expect. The technician arrived at my house as scheduled and was very experienced with the technical side of changing our hybrid battery. Everything was done professionally and 3 weeks later now and the car is working just as it should with no recurring error codes. Did I mention I saved nearly $3000 vs the dealer? I would definitely use Greentec in the future.

After doing some research I decided to go with Greentec for my Lexus hybrid battery replacement. After-all they had the best price and an exceptional customer service.
Special thanks to Gustavo, he made our experience very smooth. He seemed very pro and knowledgeable about cars and batteries in general.

My hybrid battery started failing on my old Lexus. Took it to Greentec and they did a free diagnostic, confirming the issue. Ordered a new battery which was very affordable compared to the dealership and they installed it. The new battery comes with a nice warranty. Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. My old Lexus is now driving and running like new!
