Greentec replaced my hybrid battery on my 11 year old Ford CMax about 5 months ago now and it is still running great! I am so glad I decided to replace the battery as it has been saving me lots of gas money. The battery hasn’t lost any electric capacity so far. Customer service was outstanding! Gus was great to work with from the start. He was very communicative giving me regular updates and checked in with me months later when he installed a battery on another Ford CMax to find out how mine was doing. My car also had some other issues Gus identified during installation and fixed for me as well! Now that’s what I call customer service!!! Not even the Ford dealership was able to do this. Thank you for your exceptional customer service, Gus! I hope my battery will last for a while, but I know exactly where to go with my next hybrid battery needs. Keep up the great work!

I was impressed with the knowledge and thoroughness of the Techs. I learned that I didn’t cool the battery enough in this insane summer heat . By way of comparison, the service guy at Ford was not even sure if I could get a replacement battery. Gave me no hope at all… go Greentec!

They went the extra mile! Got battery replaced but they check the car over replaced fuses and fixed things! So awesome!
