2/27/21 had my Toyota Prius C hybrid battery replaced this morning. Tyler called head and was on time and this did not take very long. Taylor did a test drive and everything checked OK. I noticed my 2008 Ford Escape Hybrids HV battery fluctuate between fully charged and low quite frequently. It would be fully charged when I got home from work in the evening and when I would start the car in the morning the HV battery would be drained. I called Green Tech Auto and spoke with Heidi who was very friendly and helpful and made an appointment to have my HV battery replaced. I took my car to the San Dimas location and the technician Rene took care of everything. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. They were very fast and even filled my tires as the low tire pressure light came on as soon as I arrived at the shop. I can strongly recommend Green Tech Auto.
