Honda CRZ’s IMA battery life is very long. In some case, Li-ion battery life is shortened depending on owner’s usage, battery charging habits and weather conditions. In duration test done by Honda, Li-ion battery life is over 15 years. Hybrid car battery packs inevitably lose some of their battery capacity over time after some use. It’s generally fairly limited to a few percentage points. Cold temperatures can significantly reduce CRZ battery ranges and exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures can inhibit proper battery operation. Honda recommends a 30-minute trip at least once a month for the health of the IMA battery.
Charging CRZ-battery to maximum capacity might give you the most possible use for that one charge, but it is one of the worst things that you can do to lithium batteries. Avoid frequent full charging and full drainage when you can.

Core Charge: A $500 refundable “core deposit” will be added to your order at checkout. Once we receive your old battery, we will refund the core deposit back to you minus the cost of return shipping. Cores must be returned within 45 days of purchase. This applies to shipping orders only. In all other circumstances, the core will be picked up at the time of service, no deposit required.
How do I return my old hybrid battery? Once your new hybrid battery has arrived, put the core battery back into the same packaging your battery arrived in. As soon as we receive your core battery, we will refund the core deposit back to you. It’s that easy.

Excellent and outstanding job, Andrew was very professional and courteous, he did a diagnostic on my 2011 Honda CRZ in which after a few minutes told me I had a different electrical issue that I needed to fix before changing the EV battery, so I soon I fix that issue will be back at his shop, thanks too to Mr. Tyler the customer service agent for explaining the process and the prices between a rebuild and a new one, the shop where Andrew work is at 103rd in Jacksonville Florida, so if you have issues with your EV battery go see Mr. Andrew, he will take good care of you, from a very happy customer.
