These modules were removed from Toyota Rav4’s that have been on the road for a while now. We have not done any testing other than Voltage checking, so capacity could vary. The BMS is included, but is not functional. You would need to activate it to make it work. Look into Simp BMS, they offer a solution for this BMS. There are water cooling ports that are winding through the batteries. You can use a rubber hose and an adjustable pipe clamp to circulate coolant for cooling. Each cell is fused from the top and bottom, the construction is very similar to the Model S battery modules.
The larger modules make for great 48V battery banks, you can parallel them together for even more capacity. They are narrow and easy to mount on a wall, which makes them great for small spaces. The size of this module requires us to ship it freight. We can ship up to 12 on one pallet for a flat fee.
The smaller modules are great for smaller projects. They are 18V each, you can double up and make a 36V pack. They are small and light enough to ship ground. We can ship the smaller modules for free. Please look at our other listing for the smaller module.
