When you purchase your new hybrid battery from us, a refundable "core deposit" for your old battery will be added to your order at checkout. Once we receive your old battery, we will refund the core deposit back to you minus the cost of return shipping. (Cores must be returned within 45 days of purchase)

In October 2021 Paul from GreenTec's Bowie, Maryland shop replaced both the hybrid battery and inverter in my 2008 Prius.
Paul was very courteous and efficient. Since then the car has run flawlessly achieving 50ish MPG. Now that gas is heading toward $5/gallon or higher, this has turned out to be a no-brainer decision. If your hybrid needs a new battery, GreenTec is the way to go!
