These EV6 modules were removed from Kia’s that were part of the vehicle testing. The modules tested at 107Ah, original capacity is 111Ah. The bottom of the module is the pouch cells, they are delicate and should be handled with care. These modules are intended to be placed on a cooling plate with a thermally conductive medium for cooling. If loads are under 100A, I don’t think you need much cooling. The module has plugs in the front and back for the voltage taps. The white plug is visible in the second picture, and yellow plug is visible in the third picture. The voltage sense harness will be provided so you could easily wire a BMS. The mounting ears overlap one another, and I have special screws that are hollow and will connect modules side by side.
