When you purchase your new hybrid battery from us, a refundable "core deposit" for your old battery will be added to your order at checkout. Once we receive your old battery, we will refund the core deposit back to you minus the cost of return shipping. (Cores must be returned within 45 days of purchase)

Amazing awesome people. Was having issues with the classic Escape hybrid 2007. Greentec had replaced the battery some time back. Forgot it was under warranty. Called them up, some back and forth with emails calls etc. Got it to the shop - within the hour rocking and rolling - new battery installed. No issues, no BS, just great friendly service. I am very pleased with doing business with this company. I reached out by phone to them on a Monday and after discussing my 2013 Prius hybrid battery options I decided to have them install a NEW hybrid battery with a 48 month warranty. The technician (Johnny) arrived the next day and did the complete install in a little over an hour. Being a technician myself I can say he did the job efficiently and professionally.
